Custom 10" Subwoofer Enclosure for the Next Gen Ranger
Purpose-built 3D-printed subwoofer enclosure designed specifically for the Ford Ranger PY/RA (Next Gen). Fits a 10" subwoofer behind the rear seat without sacrificing cabin space. We recommend the Alpine S2-W10D2 or S2-W10D4 for the perfect match — tuned for this exact internal volume. Printed in ABS plastic for maximum impact resistance and durability.

Recommended Subwoofer
Alpine S2-W10D2 / S2-W10D4
This enclosure is tuned for the Alpine S-Series 10" subwoofer. The internal volume and port (if applicable) are designed around the Alpine's Thiele-Small parameters for tight, accurate bass. Other quality 10" subwoofers will also work — contact us if you need advice on compatibility.
Built Tough — Not Built from Wood
Traditional MDF enclosures absorb moisture, swell, and eventually fall apart — especially in a ute that sees rain, mud, and dust. This enclosure is 3D printed in ABS plastic. It's completely waterproof, impact-resistant, and won't rattle or delaminate over time. The rigid walls eliminate panel resonance for cleaner bass response.
Installation
Fold the rear seat base up and position the enclosure on the floor behind the rear seat.
Mount your 10" subwoofer into the enclosure using the provided mounting holes.
Connect speaker wire to your amplifier and fold the rear seat back down.

- Subwoofer not included — This listing is for the enclosure only. We recommend the Alpine S2-W10D2/D4.
- Amplifier and wiring not included — You'll need an amplifier and speaker wire to complete the install.
- Unpainted finish — Matte black ABS plastic as-printed.

FAQ
No — all brackets come straight off the printer UNPAINTED in matte black ASA plastic. They can be painted by the customer to match your vehicle colour if desired.
No — wiring is not included. You will need to source your own wiring loom to connect the lights.
All our 3D printed parts are made from ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) plastic. ASA is UV-resistant, heat-resistant, and significantly more durable than standard ABS or PLA plastics. It's the same material used in automotive exterior components.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Perth metro pickup is available from Oz Audio Wangara.
